How do I know my personal details are secure?

We take your Privacy and Security very seriously. All of the personal information you enter is encrypted by secure server software before it is safely transmitted across the internet. To ensure the security of your card details, payments are processed securely through NetBanx. NetBanx is a level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment system which employs 256 bit SSL encryption.

How do I log in to my account on BarryM.com?

Once you have registered with us, you will be able to log onto the website at any time by clicking on "Login" in the top right hand side of the site. You will be required to enter your e-mail address and password.

I have forgotten my password – how can I log in to my account?

To retrieve your password, first click the 'Login' link in the top right hand side of the site. You will be brought through to the login page and asked to input your e-mail address and password. Click the 'Forgot your password?' link to the right of password input field.

You will be brought through to the Forgot Password page. Simply enter your email address and click the 'Email Me' button to have your password emailed to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online We accept secure online payment using any of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron. All online transactions are processed using Netbanx, one of the UK's leading providers of secure online payment solutions.

By Phone If you would like to place your order over the telephone you can call us on 020 8349 2992. Our orderline is open 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

By Post You can send your order by post, making your cheques payable to "Barry M Cosmetics". Please ensure that you include full details of the products you require. If you have a copy of our current brochure, you can post the order form to:

Why register and what is involved?

Registering takes just a few minutes, but will save you lots of time as you will not have to re-enter your contact details each time you make a purchase. You will be able to view your order history via the website and also be able to take advantage of other planned website developments such as an e-mail reminder service to ensure you won't miss any important occasion. When you register, you will also be given the option to receive regular updates on products, special offers and website developments.

To register, simply enter a memorable password when prompted to do so on the Customer Details page when placing your first order.

For subsequent orders, just enter your email address and password to retrieve your address details.

How will I know that my order is being processed?

When you successfully place an order online, you will receive an order acknowledgement within a few minutes, providing you gave your correct e-mail address. This confirmation will include full details of your order and your unique order reference. If you do not receive this e-mail confirmation, please Contact Us.

Are credit card transactions on your Website secure and safe?

In the highly unlikely event that unauthorised charges are made on a credit card due to a BarryM.com transaction, the cardholder will not be held liable.

We are members of the SafeBuy Assurance Scheme for web-based retailers. This scheme is endorsed by TrustUK, the industry self-regulatory body set up by the Consumers' Association and the Alliance for Electronic Business, supported by the UK Government.

The Scheme, amongst other things, requires web retailers to:

How do I purchase items to be delivered to different addresses?

To simplify the checkout procedure, you will need to go through the ordering and checkout procedure for each address.

How much will it cost to deliver my products?

Postage and packing charges for deliveries within the UK are charged at £2.50. Europe/International delivery - Depending on location cost of shipping is calculated by Destination, Weight and Shipping Service. Payment Methods - MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and PayPal .

All postage and packing charges are charged per order, not per item. Delivery costs will be confirmed at the checkout stage.

Please note that we only ever charge per delivery and NOT per item.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. We ship to most countries around the world.

Note: As from 15th March, 2013 we no longer ship to Australia, Russia or South Africa

When will my products arrive?

We aim to have your products arrive within 3-10 working days from the date of the order. 

Can I cancel an order?

You have up to 24 hours to cancel an order. To cancel, please call us on 020 8349 2992.

How do I return goods?

If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less delivery costs.

If the item is faulty or the delivery incorrect, we will refund any return postage costs.

Please return your product (enclosing a note with details of any faults and/or damage where applicable) in its original condition and packaging, and send to:

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage, as you will need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail should your package be lost.

Why do I have to re-enter my credit card details each time I purchase from the site?

We do not store credit card information on our servers as this would cause a potential security risk. Entering your credit card details each time you visit the site ensures your payment will be processed in a completely secure environment and your information will only be visible by our Payment Service Provider.
