Delivery

How much will it cost to deliver my products?

If you are paying by Debit/Credit Card:
Postage and packing charges for deliveries within the UK are charged at £1.95 for orders £10 and under and £2.95 for orders over £10. Postage to Europe is charged at £5.00 and International orders are charged at £8.00.

If you are paying by PayPal:
All PayPal orders are sent Recorded Delivery and will need to be signed for. Postage and packing charges for deliveries within the UK are charged at £2.95 for orders £10 and under and £3.95 for orders over £10. Postage to Europe is charged at £10.00 and International orders are charged at £13.00.

All postage and packing charges are charged per order, not per item. Delivery costs will be confirmed at the checkout stage.

Please note that we only ever charge per delivery and NOT per item.

For orders over a certain amount, additional proof of ID may be required. Whilst this process may cause some inconvenience, it is in place to prevent potential fraud and avoid unnecessary stress to our customers. We also reserve the right to deny orders which we suspect to be fraudulent in nature.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. We ship to most countries around the world.

Please note that all prices displayed on this website are in GBP, if you want to know the price in another currency you will need to convert it yourself using the current exchange rate.

How long should I have to wait for my delivery?

We try our best to get all orders placed on a weekday before midday out that day.

Orders to a UK address are then sent via 1st class post which takes 2 to 5 working days, however this can sometimes take a little longer if the post office is having a few problems, and they have advised to allow 15 days for UK orders for the parcel to arrive and for overseas allow an additional 5 days.

Items not received?

We always try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However, sometimes it is delayed by factors beyond our control i.e. post office strikes.

An item is not classified as "Lost" by Royal Mail until it has been missing for 15 working days in the UK, 20 working days for delivery to Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world. For Special Delivery items the period is 15 working days and for international items it is 30 working days. If you still haven't received them after this time period, please contact our customer services team either by email: info@barrym.co.uk or by phone on 0208 349 2992.

We must receive notification from you either in writing or by contacting us by phone within 30 days of your order that your parcel has not arrived. Claims made after this time cannot be upheld.

Returns

If you are not delighted with your online purchase, return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, less the delivery costs.

If the item is faulty or the delivery incorrect, return the item(s) within 7 days and we will refund you fully including the delivery costs. We do not refund or exchange used cosmetics unless faulty.

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage, as you will need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail should your package be lost.

Please return your product (enclosing a note with details of any faults and/or damage where applicable) in its original condition and packaging, and send to:

If you do not receive your online order we must receive notification from you either in writing or by phone within 30 days of placing the order. Proof of purchase or receipt is required. Claims made after this time cannot be upheld.

If you purchased your item at a store, salon, shop or any other online ordering organisation, please understand that each store etc, has its own returns policy. We're sorry, but returns for purchases made in a retail location or other organisations may not be returned to Barry M Cosmetics; we will only accept orders placed directly with us online or over the phone. The items will be returned to you by Recorded Delivery for you to return to the place of purchase.

Cancellations
You have up to 24 hours to cancel an order. To cancel, please call us on 020 8349 2992.
Promotions
Only one promotional code can be used per order.
